So I thought I’d show you so how I made my corn tortillas I quite enjoy making these little skill videos not a full dish just an element to a dish you might not have thought about making urself so let me know if you like them?
Recipe:
Add Masa, salt and hot water to a bowl and form a ball of the dough feels dry jus add some more water little by little you don’t want it to sticky once the balls formed let it rest it’s not needed because there’s no gluten to rest just something I do as I clean down
Then i form it into 40g balls and use my taco press to press out really is simple then just cook for 30-40 seconds each side in a hot pan

I was sent some awesome products by at the end of last year and a craving for tacos was put to good use with these chipotles in adobo sauce as the base for my marinade.
Utter perfection and flavours all around.

1 whole juice of a Lemon
