We love any chance to share the flavors of New Orleans with out-of-town guests — passed bites to start, New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp and Beef Grillades as the evening carried on, and Beignets with Powdered Sugar passed as the night wound to a close. The kind of menu that gives guests a true taste of this city!

On May 20, we were honored to host Women & Wine on Wednesdays — a monthly networking event bringing women together to build new connections and celebrate existing ones through a one-of-a-kind facilitated forum. The rooftop setting, the city views, and the energy in the room made for a truly special night.
And the menu — designed by Chef Dominique Macquet, Creative Culinary Director for Messina’s — was extraordinary. Four courses paired with beautiful wines, from a Creole Tomato Gazpacho with Green Tomato Mostarda & Mascarpone to a Grilled Black Angus Filet of Beef “Farcire” with Telegio Cheese & Marsala-Red Wine Jus, and a Limoncello Italian Espresso Tiramisu to close — with the Messina’s M dusted onto every single one!
