Tahmin edersiniz ki lohusalığın zirvesindeyken bu çok zor bir durumdu. Ben de peki o zaman onun tercihi dedim ve aktif sağıma başladım. Başlarda sadece o anki beslenmeyi kurutacak şekilde ilerliyorduk yedekli gidemiyorduk. Ama anlık bir acıkmada çok zor olacağı için kolları sıvadım ve nasıl yapabilirim dedim araştırdım ve yaptıklarımın sonunda 3/4 yedekli biberon buzdolabında ve hatta devamı buzlukta sakladığım sütler olmuştu.
Sağım kesinlikle sütü azaltmıyor.
1️⃣bebek emiyormuş gibi mutlaka 2 saatte bir sağım yaptım (daha sonra kontrollü araları uzattım )
2️⃣sağım yaparken bebeğimin fotoğrafına baktım veya ağız mendili,müslini gibi bir şeyi yakınımda tuttum kokusunu aldım (oksitosin hormonu salgılaması için)
3️⃣dut kurusu yedim
4️⃣bol su kesinlikle
5️⃣bazı takviyeler kullandım ( dm üzerinden sorabilirsiniz )
6️⃣başlarda power pumping yöntemi uyguladım.
