Després d’un descans despres de la marató, mica en mica tornem a la normalitat dels entrenaments amb les piles carregades 🔋
Després d’una hora i algun Churu, hem aconseguit alguna foto decent tots 3 👏🏼
Ha passat una setmana, i després d’uns dies de desconnexió, he pogut reflexionar sobre el resultat (i aconseguir bones fotos 🤣).
Va ser el dia D hora H. El temps ens va respectar. Tenia 3 llebres fantàstiques. Sortida femenina molt neta. Bon circuit. Tot i perdre un avituallament ho vaig saber gestionar molt bé (ja tenia un plaB en cas que el A fallés). Bones sensacions. Ritme molt constant, vem passar la mitja al ritme acordat. Van passar els quilòmetres i vem passar el tram complicat, arribant al 35k amb forces. Per primer cop en una marató vaig ser capaç de millorar el parcial dels últims 7kms.
Em sento molt afortunada de que aquest esport em retorni, multiplicat per mil, el temps i l’esforç que hi inverteixo. Com vaig dir, arribava en forma, fent els millors entrenaments que havia fet mai i el quilometratge més alt, havent provat l’altitud per primer cop i fent marca personal poques setmanes abans en 10.000 i mitja marató. En tot i això, encara es podien girar mil coses el dia de la marató. Qualsevol petit error o, simplement, no tenir el dia, pot tirar 4 mesos d’entrenament a les escombraries. Per sort, no va ser així.
Amb ganes de continuar creixent i veure cap on em porta aquesta aventura 🤩
