Maar Mees Kees zou Mees Kees niet zijn als hij zelfs van het werkplan van Mevrouw Dreus een geweldig kamp weet te maken!
Het script is in handen van Allard Blom, Martin Michel tekent voor de regie en Marnix Wetzer zal de muziek produceren voor deze nieuwe musical. Evenals bij de bioscoopfilms blijft Mirjam Oldenhave, schrijfster van de boekenreeks, nauw betrokken bij de musical.

Ik ben dan ook waanzinnig trots om vandaag bekend te mogen maken dat Merijn en Mylene gestalte gaan geven aan Mees Kees en Mevrouw Dreus.
