エイジングポイントの1つです。
右足はミシンでデニム縫製、
左足は足を組む癖で擦れることで
色落ちが進んでいるんだと思います。
これらのシワは
ワンウォッシュの際に付けたハチノスが
前身頃の方まで延長されたものです。
前だけでなく横からも見ると
ハチノスと繋がっているため
よりダイナミックな印象となります。
膝の周りに良いアタリがあるだけで
エイジングに奥行きが増します。
引き続き、夏場でも
この『 47MODEL 前期 』を育てていきます。

まだそこまで大差ありませんが
やはり袖口は作業する上で頻繁に擦れます。
画像では色合いが上手く映りませんが
実物ではイエロー綿糸もデニムの白場に
同化するような色の抜け方をしてきています。
しかしながら、
まだまだイエロー感は残っていますので
引き続き経過を見ていきます。
一言にイエローと言っても、その色は無数に種類があり
デニムのインディゴに対してイエローの発色が良すぎたりすると
VINTAGEのあの雰囲気から離れてしまいます。
当方は" 生地に対する発色の出方 "が自分の理想とする
VINTAGEに近いかどうか（リジッド・経年変化含めて）
を自身の目で観て体感してフィードバックします。
イエロー綿糸はオレンジ綿糸よりも
感性の難しいポイントだと個人的に思うので
かなりシビアにやっています。

VINTAGEと同じく綿糸で縫って
隠しリベットはUFO型。
VINTAGEと同じ位置に
ダメージ（綿糸の擦り切れ・生地のアタリ）が
少しずつ出てきました。
個体差はありますが
隠しリベットのアタリ部分も
VINTAGEと同じ位置になるように再現。
目指すのは穴が空いて生地をめくると
中のUFOリベットが見える最終形態です。
54MODEL以降は隠しリベットの形状が変わるため
大人しいダメージになることが多いのですが、
このように大胆なダメージを目指せるのは
隠しリベットの形状上、47〜大戦だけだと思います。
細かい部分でありますが、
そういった所も重要です。

『向布（ポケット口を開けた時に見えるデニム部分）』
を裏側から見て、ステッチに注目した画像です。
この向布を縫う際に
角を丸くステッチを入れるのは
大戦期（またはそれ以前）に多く見られます。
角で直線を切り替えると2動作となってしまいますが、
角を取らずにそのままラウンドして縫うと1動作となり
効率性・縫い速度はアップします。
そのため大戦モデルでよく見られる縫い方であり、
ここをぱっと見で大戦仕様だと判断する方も
いらっしゃるかと思います。
しかし、これらの画像は
大戦後の47モデル前期です。
これは珍しいです。
47は基本的に綺麗な縫製に戻ってくる年代なので
角をしっかり取って2動作で縫いますが、
このような面白いイレギュラーな発見があるのがVINTAGE。
このような個体差を発見して
それをそのまま踏襲して再現製作するのは
当方のモノづくりにとっては基本中の基本です。

角の折れ方がVINTAGEと同じ。
ちなみにこのVINTAGE個体は
VINTAGEの中でも濃い赤色。
赤タブの発色に関しても
当時は個体差があり
白っぽく抜ける個体もあります。
当製品は色が抜けていくタイプであり
退色の程度は着用環境や洗濯などの
様々な要因によって異なります。
赤タブも自分だけのエイジングを
お楽しみ下さい。
