二郎系の印象がど強いまんじさんですが、
淡麗系バチうめぇんです。
店主さんの繊細な作り込み、旨みの重ね、
麺との相性どハマってはんぱないです。
そして恐らく仙台で1番細いんじゃないかくらいの
激細麺です。こんな淡麗スープに絡む麺っていうのは
凄い、、。26-28番くらいの仕上がり。
感動案件。

さんみぃいい日だったので、
あっつあつの餡掛け盛り盛り爆食案件でした。
600gにしたので後半を見据え
麺硬めオーダー。見ての通りバキボキ、小麦感強く
芯が残った仕上がりへ。
それでも絡む餡が優秀。流石です。！
最低でも年に一回はこういう王道餡掛け食べないと
冬の良さ感じないまま終わっちゃうので、
幸おお溢れるデナーになりました😇
次は、間に合えば細麺餡掛け、
間に合わなければ皿台湾600でっす！🌶️
