In ‘To Titels’, Amsterdam‑based photographer Desiré van den Berg shares the stories of three professional female skaters from different generations. Through personal portraits and meaningful locations, the series shows how women have helped shape the Dutch skate scene.
Van den Berg photographed Laura Engel at the place where her skate journey began in the 1970s, Candy Jacobs in the skatepark she is building for future skaters, and Keet Oldenbeuving, whose international career reflects how the doors opened by earlier generations continue to matter today.
