3. I stopped comparing my timeline to everyone else’s. Seeing what other people were doing made me feel like I was behind. Even when I was doing well. That constant comparison created stress that had nothing to do with my actual life.
4. I stopped filling every quiet moment with noise. I was always playing music, podcasts or videos. But I realized my mind needs space to breathe sometimes. Now I have quiet moments and it helps me clear my mind and feel more grounded.

2. I stopped rushing through life like everything was urgent. I was always in a hurry even when I didn’t need to be. Slowing down helped me be more present.
3. I stopped doom scrolling on social media as a coping mechanism. I didn’t realize how much I was avoiding my own thoughts by reaching for my phone. Instead I played music, spent time journaling or painting.
4. I stopped overloading my schedule. I thought being busy meant being productive. But realistically, I can only do 1-2 main tasks per day. Leaving space in my calendar actually helps me focus more on what’s important.
