One meal I do enjoy before and after gastric bypass surgery is a roast dinner.
Today’s included Roast Chicken, Stuffing, Roast Potatoes, Roasted Carrot, Cabbage, Peas, Yorkshire Pud and Gravy.

Smoked salmon and prawn cocktail, steak in wild garlic butter, veggies and dauphinoise potatoes and sticky toffee pudding.
I have shared this to show my portion sizes my plate is 15 cm. High sugar foods are a big no for me after my gastric bypass. So no sticky toffee for me.
