How did I do it?!?! 🧐
Keto: I stayed under 20 net carbs/1400 calories daily.
Keep it simple: Protein, low carb veggie + healthy fat.
Intermittent Fasting: I typically fast for 20 hours and eat in a 4 hr window ( you don’t have to IF but it worked for me)
Ketones: I started incorporating pure therapeutic ketones into my journey about 5 months into it. Pruvit ketones have SO MANY benefits ( promotes fat loss, better focus, more energy, mental clarity, better sleep). Ketones rock my world and I never want to be without them. ✨Thank you for changing my life and introducing me to ketones. 😘
Cardio: I purchased the greatest cardio machine on the planet, in February and quickly became obsessed with it. Did u know that there it such a huge peloton online community?!? It’s amazing. Anyways, I ride 4 days a week for about 45 mins. I plan to start incorporating lifting into my regimen soon as well.
PUT IN THE FREAKING WORK and you will see the magic happen. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Trust the damn process!

I went to Costco and Sam’s Club today.
I went for diapers and pork rinds and came home with all of this..
I discovered that the Three Bridges Egg bites come in sausage too!!! I got them from Sam’s Club. So excited to try these tomorrow at work..

I felt like a hypocrite educating my cardiac and diabetic patients on the importance of a healthy diet, maintaining a healthy weight and incorporating exercise into their daily lives. Why would they listen to me? Shouldn’t I as a nurse lead by example? I was eating all the things, I was considered obese according to my BMI and did not exercise at all!!!.
