.👩🏼🍳Picamos el pan y le agregamos la leche 🥛, dejamos reposar por media hora mientras hacemos el caramelo; que lo haremos directamente en el Savarin.
Luego continuamos con la.preparación, le agregamos los tres huevos, el azúcar y la esencia de vainilla.
.❤️Mezclamos bien hasta que se disuelva el pan completamente, agregamos la preparación al savarin de 18cm y lo cocinamos en la cacerola essen por 20 minutos. (📌como sabemos las Essen cumplen la función de baño María sin agua, solamente ponemos el Savarin y tapamos la cacerola;cocinamos a fuego mínimo).

Ingredientes:
. *1 cebolla🧅
. *aceite
. * 1 taza de leche🥛
. * 1/2 taza de polenta
.* Sal y pimienta al gusto 🧂
.* 500 grs. queso cremoso🧀
. *queso muzzarella a gusto🧀
.*5 huevos🥚🥚
👩🏻🍳Preparación: Picar y saltear la cebolla en el aceite por 4minutos, hasta que estén transparentes. Agregar la leche🥛 y cocinar hasta que rompa hervor. Agregar la polenta en forma de lluvia removiendo constantemente para evitar que se formen grumos hasta que espese. ➡️Incorporar el queso cremoso cortado en cubitos, salpimentar a gusto. 🔄revolver y apagar el fuego. 🔴una vez frío agregar los huevos y el queso muzzarella.
🟢Enmantecar la flip y agregar la preparación, ☑️cocinar 20 minutos de un lado y luego dar vuelta la flip y cocinar por otros 15 minutos. Listo 😍✔️

Para 5/6 panes
❤️1 y 1/2 cucharadita de levadura seca.
❤️1 cucharadita azúcar.
❤️1/2 kg harina 0000.
❤️Sal
❤️Agua tibia cantidad necesaria.
❤️50 g manteca pomada.

😁Poner en un bol la harina, hacer un hueco en el centro, colocar el azúcar y la levadura. Agregar un chorro de agua tibia y mezclar hasta obtener una pasta. Tapar y dejar reposar hasta que se forme una esponja.

😉Cuando esté a punto, colocar la sal sobre la harina y la manteca pomada en el centro del bol. Ir agregando agua de a poco mientras se van integrando todos los ingredientes.

😃Amasar hasta que esté bien suave y dejar reposar nuevamente cubierta con un repasador.
. 😀Cuando duplique su volumen, hacer bollitos y con la mano darle la forma del pan que queremos y ubicarlos en el flip previamente enmantecado, 🙃Dejarlos leudar cubiertos con un repasador más o menos 10 minutos, luego pintarlos con manteca derretida y cocinarlos a fuego corona por 15 minutos. ☺️Luego dar vuelta el flip y cocinarlos por 3 minutos.
