Für den Belag:
500 g Rhabarber in kleine Stücke schneiden und mit 2 EL Zucker und 1 EL Kartoffelstärke verrühren. Dadurch sinkt der Rhabarber später nicht im Teig ab.
Für den Teig:
200 g weiche Butter (Zimmertemperatur) mit 80 g Zucker etwa 10 Minuten schön schaumig schlagen. Danach 4 Eigelb und 3 Eier unterrühren.
200 g Dinkelmehl 630,
1 Päckchen Backpulver,
1 Prise Salz
und 75 ml Milch dazugeben.
Für das Baiser:
4 Eiweiß mit 150 g Zucker und 1 Prise Salz steif schlagen.
Den Kuchen bei 175 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze etwa 30 Minuten backen. Danach das Baiser darauf verteilen und nochmal ungefähr 30 Minuten backen.
Ein kleiner Tipp noch:
Das Baiser nicht ganz bis an den Rand streichen, sonst quillt es beim Backen sehr hoch und klebt später an der Form fest 🤍

Es gab eine große Schüssel bunten Salat mit verschiedenen Toppings, Frikadellen mit Fleisch und pflanzlich, Kartoffelgratin, Baguette und Kräuterbutter.
Zum Nachtisch hatten wir Obstsalat mit Eis und Sahne 🤍
Und die kleinen Zitronenküchlein, die ich hier schon so oft auf Instagram gesehen habe, wollte ich unbedingt auch einmal ausprobieren.
Dafür hat mir gestern allerdings die Zeit nicht mehr gereicht, deshalb habe ich sie gerade eben gemacht. Jetzt bin ich gespannt, ob sie schmecken 🍋

Ich habe zum ersten Mal versucht, daraus kleine „Kapern“ zu machen 🤍
Die Schnittlauchknospen habe ich mit einem kleinen Stück Stiel abgeschnitten, gewaschen und in ein sterilisiertes Glas gefüllt.
Für den Sud habe dieses Rezept ausprobiert:
150 ml Weißweinessig
½ TL Senfkörner
½ TL Pfefferkörner
etwas Salz
1 TL Honig…. alles aufkochen
Danach einfach heiß über die Knospen gießen.
Mein Glas war ein bisschen zu groß, deshalb habe ich den Sud nochmal gemacht — mit einem kleineren Glas würde es wahrscheinlich besser passen 😊
Jetzt muss alles erstmal ein paar Wochen dunkel stehen und ich bin gespannt, wie es schmecken wird 🌿
