First it was delayed to 10:30 AM, then 11:00 AM, then 11:20 AM, then 11:50 AM.
After that, we were deboarded from the aircraft because of a “technical issue” and told a part had to arrive, so the new time became 1:15 PM, then 2:30 PM, and now 3:00 PM — and it will most likely be delayed again.
And to “compensate” for this entire mess, we were given a $7 food credit.
Really,?
, you clearly do not respect other people’s time.
You are not a budget airline — you are a cheap airline.
From baggage handling to boarding, everything has been the worst experience.
