J’ai commencé l’année autour de 63kg et je l’a fini à 52 🥹
C’était une année de rigueur, discipline et pleins d’autres changements pour me rapprocher d’une meilleure hygiène de vie pcq j’étais clairement loin de ça ⚰️
Au départ, c’était très intense d’ajouter le sport et les batch cooking à cette vie déjà bien rythmé et aujourd’hui… bah c’est tjr aussi intense 😆
MAIS, j’y prends plus de plaisir!! J’ai un peu plus de conscience par rapport à ma santé et donc ça me permets de ne pas lâcher.
Mon corps a bcp sacrifié ces 5 dernières années entre les grossesses, les accouchements césarienne et voie basse + l’allaitement. Maintenant go en prendre soin ❤️🩹
L’objectif 2026 c’est de continuer dans cette lancée, de me muscler + et surtout de continuer d’apprendre à bien manger. Let’s goooo 💪🏽
