Had to take 5 days off to try heal my finger as much as possible after last week lol🩸🙄
It’s been tough mentally to not be able to climb as free, every hold I held I was scared I was gunna make my split worse and i hated that rigidity in my climbing. Tomorrow it’s time to let go and take the tape off and go crazzy! I can’t wait for that feeling.

Day before qualification I reached into my wash bag for my toothbrush and found a loose razor instead🤣🤣 I taped up and gritted my teeth and really really wanted to make semis despite this curve ball. I fucking gave it my all out there and to just miss out was painful deep to my core but I’m proud of all my effort out there and loved the chase to try bring it back when I was struggling out there!

Back in finals and what a final to be in. The atmosphere wow! Thanks everyone for the support and the energy! I really got lost out there on the matts and just had so much fun playing and doing my thing! Last year was hard for my comp climbing so to bounce back like this after not the best start in China I just feel thankful and I want to keep building and roll with this momentum I have!
