Tant de points nรฉgatifs pour si peut de reconnaissance au finalโฆ vous mโen direz tantโฆ
Quand vous goรปtez enfin ร toutes ces libertรฉs que la vie vous offre, on sโaperรงoit trรจs vite que lโon est capable de passer complรจtement ร coter de sa vie.
Comme je le dit souvent, je pense quโil y a un temps pour tout. Et ce temps pour moi est rรฉvolu.
Jโai passรฉ prรจs de 6 annรฉes ร concourir, 5 ans ร lโinternational dont 3 ans en League professionnelle.
Et je ne regrette absolument rien, car le Bodybuilding est une vรฉritable รฉcole de la vie, tant sur lโaspect moral que physique.
Jโai appris ร me connaรฎtre au plus profond de moi mรชme en mโรฉtant mon corps ร rude รฉpreuves chaque jour et repoussant mes limites annรฉes aprรจs annรฉes.
Il nโy a quand traversent des รฉpreuves aussi dur que lโon arrive ร savoir qui nous sommes vraiment et de quoi nous sommes forgรฉs. Nโimporte quโelle athlรจte de haut niveau vous le diras.
Quoi quโil en soit je ne regrette rien car le Bodybuilding mโa ouvert รฉnormรฉment de porte, tant au niveau social que professionnel. On dit souvent que le Bodybuilding rassemble et connecte les gens, et bien cโest rรฉel! Je peut vous lโaffirmer.
Aujourdโhui, je tends ร conserver un physique moins volumineux que durant mes derniรจres annรฉes de compรฉtitions mais suffisamment conditionnรฉ tout au long de lโannรฉe afin de rester prรชt pour toutes les opportunitรฉs et projets liรฉs au fitness que lโon peut me proposer.
