I grew up in a small town in New York called Croton on Hudson. Sports were my world—playing football, basketball, and baseball taught me what it meant to push limits and stay committed. That drive took me to the next level, where I played Division 1 college football at Marist College and later went on to compete in professional arena football.
That passion for performance eventually turned into a love for training, and after more than 15 years in the gym, I’ve made it my mission to help others experience the same growth and confidence that changed my life.
For me, it’s never just about lifting weights or counting calories. It’s about building strength that carries into every part of your life—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
One of the things that means the most to me is being able to motivate and inspire people here on my social platforms. It allows me to reach and help so many more people than just my in-person clients—and I’m truly grateful for every single one of you who follows, supports, and puts in the work. 🙏
If you’re ready to level up and put in the work, I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
