It’s crazy to think last year I was always the skinny dude, walk into the gym, wishing I could be the guy benching 225lbs, wanting to look bigger, be stronger physically and mentally. I hated the gym in the beginning, BUT as soon as I saw progress,....I......was.......HOOKED!
From there on, I did anything and everything to keep getting more and more progress, watching Influencers, motivation speeches, meal changing my whole diet...I became addicted to seeing myself change in growth, strength but most importantly mentally.
