Vor einigen Jahren habe ich es mir sehr aktiv zum Ziel gesetzt und manifestiert, mehr „im Moment zu leben“. Nicht an die Vergangenheit und auch nicht immer an die Zukunft denkend. Sondern den Moment voll und ganz auszukosten und anwesend zu sein. Und ich würde behaupten, ich hatte echt viele wunderbare Phasen, wo mir das ultra gut gelungen ist. Oft, wenn ich reisen war oder mit lieben Menschen Zeit verbracht habe. Da flutscht das irgendwie ganz gut bei mir. Aber natürlich gab’s auch viele viele Phasen, gerade auch in der letzten Zeit, wo das überhaupt nicht möglich war, weil die Umstände einen zwingen an das Vergangene oder an die Zukunft zu denken. Es ist ein stetiger Prozess, sich immer wieder daran zu erinnern, die Momente wirklich zu genießen und auszukosten.
In Brasilien kleiden sich die Menschen zu Silvester mit gezielten Farben, um sich der Farbe entsprechend etwas für das neue Jahr zu manifestieren. Ich hatte mich ohne von dem Brauch zu wissen für blau entschieden und habe erst danach die Bedeutung erfahren, die erschreckend gut für mich gepasst hat: Blau steht in Brasilien für Gelassenheit, Ruhe und Geduld, sowie für Erfolg. Es kann auch als Symbol für ein gesünderes und ausgeglicheneres Jahr interpretiert werden. And it f*cking fits 💯

Letztes Jahr bin ich gemeinsam mit Tobi Pfefferle durch den Christmas Garden in Stuttgart gezogen. Ich meinte im Vorhinein so: „Hey, ich hab mega Bock auf so ein Shooting in der Nacht mit so Lichtern im Hintergrund.“ und zack bum. Ich liebe diese Fotoreihe sehr! Wirklich so viele nice Fotos dabei, hui. Das Schöne mit Tobi zu Shooten ist es, dass man wirklich alles ohne Druck ausprobieren kann. Zusammen auf entspannt nach Formen, Farben und Lichtern zu suchen macht einfach so große Freude. 🫶🤩
