The other day, I visited a small shrine near Waseda Station, and the autumn leaves there were stunning. The area around Waseda Station is home to a large university, so it feels calm and spacious, and it is also a great spot with relatively few tourists.

抹茶Bをたっぷり使って、濃厚でとてもおいしく出来上がりました。同じ生地と同じ焼き時間でも、型を大きくすると中央がトロトロに、小さくすると中までしっかり焼けました。

【材料】
薄茶用の抹茶 2-3g
トッピング(焼き餅･栗･あんこ)
【作り方】
①お餅を焼き、栗の甘露煮とあんこを盛り付ける
②抹茶2-3gを湯60mLで点てる
③①に②を注ぐ
抹茶ぜんざいには
のお薄茶用抹茶"翠麗"を使用しました。

ポイントについてまとめたいと思います！
𖤐原材料選びがとても大事！
→チーズの脂肪分は30%台推奨
→チョコはクーベルチュール、板チョコはNG
𖤐加熱したチョコとバターは粗熱が取れてから、ほうじ茶ペーストに加える
→なるべく香りが飛ばないようにするため
→ほうじ茶パウダーは のものを使いました！
𖤐生地は焼く前に漉すとなめらかな口当たりに！
𖤐生地を型に流し込んだあと、スプーンでグルグルすると上手に空気が抜けます。
𖤐本来は湯煎焼きですが、紙の型を使ったので
水の入った容器を一緒に加熱しています。
𖤐DAISOシリコン型は匂いがつくのでお勧めしません。

発売したので購入してみました〜𖤐𖤐
安定感のある発泡スチロール箱の中に
抹茶×3,ほうじ茶×2,ミルク×1の計6個、
アイスクリームが詰められて届きます。
#ジャージー牛乳 を100%使用しており、
リッチな味わいと口溶けの良さが感じられます。
試作段階で食べた時は、ジャージー乳と抹茶が
ダブルで主役だという印象を持ちましたが、
当時よりも抹茶感が数段濃くなり、
抹茶専門店に匹敵する濃厚さになりました。
ミルクのコクと抹茶の旨味が楽しめます。
(記憶よりもめちゃめちゃ濃くてびっくりしちゃった笑)
ほうじ茶は、口に含んだ瞬間から豊かな香りと
チョコのような濃厚なコクが広がります。
ここだけの話…このアイスセットに限っては…
抹茶よりもほうじ茶の方が好きでした笑
抹茶アイスも濃厚だし美味しいんだけど、、、
