Arguably one of the most satisfying moments in a build is getting out of the ground.
Well this project in particular had its fair share of constraints we had to overcome for our clients.
-Underpinning to the shared party wall.
-Sydney water asset and compressible material details.
-Concrete up stand walls poured with the slab with N12’s /c vertical and horizontal bars.
-no machine access with QTY x13 - 6m3 bins to be filled via the only transport down the side of the house via a track dumper.
Thankfully we are able to forward plan, prototype and execute to perfection efficiently via our 3d project Twin model.

Our clients worked with us from the very first stage 1 concept design, as this could all be on the table for discussion and carefully planned and allowed for upfront.

Documentation planning and building approvals all produced and obtained by Mastery Co, allowing our clients to continue with their work and family life commitments stress free.
The design was carefully considered and we successfully navigated,
sydney water assets, maximising floor space with out trigging pipe encasements and further costs, building to the boundary, semi detached party wall challenges and working with a dwelling that tells its own story.
Looking forward to transforming this house into a home.
