I started the year in California where I did my first 200h yoga teacher training ❤️🔥 and became vegan. 🌱 I also tried the cinnamon challenge (do you remember? 😅) and of course surfed whenever I could.
I was working as a flight attendant for Lufthansa which had me travel all over the world and that year I was especially excited about Seoul and the Brooklyn bridge. That year I also decided that’s not what I wanted to do anymore so I quit. 🙃
Which gave me time to spend summer at my favourite place (and now home) in southwest France where I bought my first longboard ❤️🔥 and surfed at my favourite point break (iykyk;).
I moved out from home and to Berlin because I thought I would like the city with its many flat white cafes, the vegan food and yoga studios (and I did 🥹). I turned my relationship into long distance, started studying communication and French and was lucky to have the best flatmates I could have wished for. Spotify tells me that I listened to the first HONNE album on repeat and I filmed a yoga video for the first time (as a Christmas present for my dad 😅).
So that’s my little 2016 throwback and it makes me a little nostalgic. 🥹❤️ Keep on sharing yours!

Our 200h YTT is a chance to deepen your practice and lay the foundations for your teaching path. You will learn about the history of yoga, its philosophical background, yoga asana and healthy alignment, applied anatomy (with our amazing guest teacher ), pranayama, meditation, practical teaching skills and so much more.
