いまだってみようみまねの全部独学だけど
少しの進歩がある
言語で言ったら
まったくのゼロで訪れたで国で
カフェでコーヒーぐらい
頼めるようになったってかんじだろか
いやまだそれには早いか

5月あたまに急にダンスを始め
週に4日は自主練しているために
明らかに痩せてきた ボトムがすべて、ゆるい
ある日朝ごはん抜きで1時間踊っていたら
目の前がふわっとした
まずい、ちゃんと食べねば ダンス部に入部した高1にはしっかり食べさせていましたが
わたしはこれまでの頭脳労働ライフと同じ食生活
いかんいかん
近頃は炭水化物、タンパク質、ビタミンミネラル
意識して食べるようにしています おいしいものをちょこっと
なんてやってると足りない 必死にたべています
人生は次の曲がり角に
何が待っているかわからないっていうのは
英語でよく聞くフレーズですが
まったくその通りすぎて！！
2ヶ月前のわたしが
今のわたしを見たら
面白すぎてそして
あまりにわたしらしいと笑うことでしょう😆

気づけば葉っぱが

アゲハの子らが今年も帰還
せっかく増えた葉を旺盛に食べ尽くす レモン、丸裸に近い🥹
例年なら虫かごに移すのだけど
今年はレモンには申し訳ないが諦め
メルカリで葉を買い 幼虫たちの食糧を確保
もりもり食べている姿に
日々、安堵しています
あと少しで羽ばたいていくのはわかってる
そのあとロスになるのもわかってる
でも性懲りもなく今年も
