この度、Adobe様のLightroomアンバサダーとして9月、10月、11月にそれぞれ1回。3回の投稿に渡って、僕の写真のレタッチをアップさせていただきます。
3回目はかわいいネコとの写真にしました。
1枚目: レタッチ後
2枚目: レタッチ前
3枚目〜: レタッチ過程
今回は2枚目のレタッチ前を見ていただくとわかるように、明るい部分と暗い部分の差がある写真をレタッチしました。
背景の海や空を真っ白にしないために背景に明るさを合わせると今回のように他の部分が暗くなってしまう。こんな経験みなさん1度はあるのでは無いのでしょうか。
そんな時はLightroomを使用することで暗い部分を明るくしつつ、背景の明るい部分はそのままという調整が可能です。
まず、暗い部分を明るくするため露光量、シャドウ、黒レベルを＋の方向に動かしています。反対に明るい部分はレタッチ前の状態を維持したいのでハイライトを大きく−の方向に動かしています。
その後、トーンカーブで細かく露光を調整します。
さらに、背景の明るい部分をブラシツールを使用して露光量を−の方向に動かしています。
自動マスクにチェックを入れておけば選択したい部分をわかっているかのように綺麗に範囲を選択でき、とても便利なツールです。
今回は3枚目、4枚目のようになりました。
露出やコントラストを好みの雰囲気に調整し、続いて色の調整にはいります。
3枚目にある自然な彩度・彩度で大まかに全体の色を調整し、HSL/カラーで色味や彩度を細かく調整します。
今回は5枚目、6枚目、7枚目のようになりました
カラーグレーディングでそれぞれに色調補正をします。今回はハイライトとシャドウに青っぽい色味を。中間色にはオレンジの補正をかけています。
僕のいつものレタッチでは中間色に青色の補正をかけることが多いのですが、今回は元々の写真が全体的に青っぽくなっていたのでオレンジの補正をかけて全体の色味を調整しています。
好みの色がそれぞれあると思うので、写真にどんな補正をかけるのか。というのを掴んでおくと好みの色に調整しやすいのではないかと思います。
今回は8枚目のようになりました。
以上の調整で、2枚目から1枚目のようになりました。
自分のレタッチを文章にするのが難しく伝わりにくい部分もあると思いますが、少しでも参考になればと思います。
