I started this blog in 2018, originally called it LuluandYums (a blend of my nickname and my firstborn’s).
Back then, I was mostly sharing raw, real moments from my parenting journey. But as my daughters grew, the blog evolved, and it slowly became more about me.
Two years ago, I moved to Dubai and unexpectedly found myself on a path of self-growth that shifted my perspectives and beliefs, and made me a more private person. At first, it was hard. Then I found comfort. And somewhere along the way, my confidence dipped too.
The content creator and storyteller in me went quiet for a while, but it never truly disappeared. There were many moments of confusion and restlessness, but taking a step back turned out to be the best decision for me. I finally feel the peace I was searching for.
I can’t say I’ve figured out the perfect balance, but everything I’ve learned so far has given me the courage to show up again. Ngl, I missed you all so much and your messages truly kept me going.
