しかーし！製法が違うんですねー！こちらは半返しの状態であんこを包み、蒸しあげております！なので若干食感などにも差が生まれます。
そして星に見立てた白いつぶつぶ、これはみなさん大好き道明寺です！葛に道明寺が入ってるみぞれ餅とでも言いましょうか、わりとあるものにはなるのですが、うちではちゃんとしたのは初めてです！
葛のもっちり感と、道明寺のつぶつぶ感もっちり感がベストマッチ😆！そりゃ昔から作られます！
あえて今回は味など付けずに本来のみぞれの感じを限定のお菓子で楽しんで貰えたらと思います。

バタバタでお知らせ出来ませんでしたが、本日で茶団子、茶まんじゅう終了致しました！今年もありがとうございましたー！！
ということは、そう、明日から「みたらし団子」「しそまんじゅう」が始まります！！
うちの夏といえばこれ！！
しーっかり昆布で出汁を取りまして、合わせるのはかめびし屋さんの三年醸造のお醤油！！これが良い！！めっちゃ美味しいんですよねー✨
そしてしそまんじゅうは、暑い夏でもパクッと食べれちゃう感じに仕上げてます！
中はあっさり白あん！生地には赤しそ、そして周りに塩漬けした青しそでくるん。ほんのりした塩気でついつい食べちゃう、お饅頭です✨
明日から！もちろん水無月もたーんと作ります！！

「紫陽花(あじさい)」出ます！
本葛使ったむっちりしたお菓子です✨
葛がねー、キラキラしてて、上に載せた水色と紫の氷餅とあわさってほんと、綺麗なんですよねー✨
中餡は白小豆のこしあんです！染めて葉っぱの色に見立ててます！梅雨の季節はしばらくやります！！

今日から「水無月 ほうじ茶」始まります！というか始まりました！！
うちが抹茶の水無月をしないのは抹茶が熱に弱めだからです。水無月はお菓子の性質上、蒸し時間がかなり長いです！1時間くらい強火で蒸します！！
そんな中熱によって香りが抜けてしまうものを加えてしまうと、しっかり入れても弱くなってしまったり、欲しい香りじゃなくなったりしますよね。
そこで比較的熱に強いほうじ茶です！
やっぱり美味しいんですよ！風味もしっかり！
これがうちが水無月、抹茶では無くほうじ茶の理由です😉
水無月3種は7月上旬までやります！
後々葛水無月も出ます！そちらは本当に6月30日近くなってからです！
今年も既に6月30日の注文も入りだしてます。流石ですよねー😆！！

黒糖って九州方面、沖縄の色々な島で作られてて、その島毎に風味が違うんですよ！
苦味感じたり、凄い塩っぽい味だったり、本当に色々で面白いんですよね✨
うちではずっと「波照間」の黒糖を使ってます！雑味が少ないのにコクも風味も最高のやつです！
