E per la prima volta voglio essere nuda e cruda su quello che ho passato e sto passando. Quindi scusate la schiettezza.
Il 18 gennaio 2024 sono morta una prima volta. Non so chi o cosa mi abbia salvato dall’alto.
La verità è che sarei potuta morire affogata, morire a causa dell’impatto o rimanere paraplegica a vita. Nessuna di questa sorte mi è toccata. Mi ritengo molto fortunata di esserne uscita “solo” con costole accavallate e vertebra fratturata.
La verità è che la sera dell’incidente al pronto soccorso non si sono accorti del mio “problema” e io per 8 giorni ho continuato a vivere la mia vita come se niente fosse.
La verità è che da quel giorno la mia vita si è completamente fermata.
Avevo bisogno di qualcuno che mi lavasse, che mi tirasse su da terra, che mi accompagnasse nelle passeggiate, che mi aiutasse a tornare alla guida; non potevo (e posso) fare sforzi, sport, palestra, portare banalmente fuori il cane, guidare per più ore,…
Insomma la mia vita è stata completamente bloccata.
Sono sempre stata piena di sogni e piena di voglia di vivere, attiva, dinamica, sapere che sono immobile difronte a tutto questo fa male.
La verità è che pensavo che nel giro di qualche mese si risolvesse tutto… e invece così non è stato.
Ho dolori ovunque e costanti, piango ogni tre per due e non c’è giorno che ripensi a me mentre mi ribaltavo.
State attenti in macchina! Cinture allacciate, via telefono, se avete bevuto non guidate, se siete stanchi fermatevi.
Godetevi davvero ogni singolo minuto della vostra vita. Godetevi le persone che avete al vostro fianco… amatele e abbracciatele. Dite e fate sempre quello che avete in testa, così non avrete rimorsi futuri.
