In 2020, living the spike of a pandemic, the full world sounded in a pause state. While being forced to flight home, coming on a urgent plane straight from the busy London, streets felt empty and the house small to spend 24 hours a day. From that forced condition I started to open space for deep considerations. As many of us, I can assume. The questions gained volume. Am I my work? Why do we identify so much to career and status? What is my purpose? Why do we self-sabotage too many times? Why should we care about what others think? How can I gain that fluid inner flow? I can still see those words flying over my head as birds designing their flying movement on the sky.
So much changed in just 4 years. At that time offered a photo sesh where the mote was to get naked of our own filters and layers. At that same time I accepted but had no courage to post. Imposter syndrom? Body shaming thoughts? I cant even remember the origin of that blockage. Today, 3 weeks after my YTT some of those questions started to lift up in the air once more. So, today, I unleash my inner power and publish it.
