Ich hab oft versucht, ins Training reinzukommen – aber diesmal ist etwas anders.
Diesmal macht es mir wirklich Spaß. Ich bin drin, ich ziehe durch und ich passe Stück für Stück auch meine Ernährung an.
Es sind erst 3 Monate, klar. Aber es ist das erste Mal, dass ich merke: Ich will langfristig dabei bleiben. Ich weiß nicht, woher die Motivation kommt – aber sie ist da und ich versuche gerade, sie in eine Routine zu verwandeln.
Ich bin stolz! Nicht, weil ich schon am Ziel bin – sondern weil ich angefangen habe und dranbleibe. Weil ich Veränderungen sehe – im Körper, aber auch im Kopf. Mehr Energie. Mehr Ausgeglichenheit.
