On the menu tonight:
Maple Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin (with mashed potatoes and a kale caesar salad on the side!)
Oh and I doubled this recipe for leftovers the next day!
½ pound pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoons dijon mustard
½ teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to tast
& I saved a little on the side to add on top when it’s done!
-Preheat over to 375
-In a small bowl, whisk together the pure maple syrup, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, and
black pepper to create the marinade.
-Place the pork tenderloin in a sealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
-Seal the bag (if using) or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the pork to
marinate.
-you can marinate it longer for enhanced flavor if desired.
-Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
-Remove the marinated pork tenderloin from the marinade and place it in the hot skillet.
-Sear the pork for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until it’s browned.
-Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for approximately 10-15 minutes (using a
meat thermometer, I cooked it to 165 internal temperature)
-Remove the Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes
before slicing.
-Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and drizzle any remaining pan juices over the top.

Overall, it takes about 30-40 minutes to style my hair and it lasts about 3-4 days.
I usually like to diffuse on medium heat, medium speed but when I’m in more of a rush I do like to bump them up to high & that’ll save me about 10 minutes of dry time
Here are a few tips if you’re new to styling your curly hair:
I would focus the most on finding the right products for YOUR hair type, try samples, travel sizes, and really pay attention to the type of product that your hair reacts well to. What works great for my hair might not work for yours, and vice versa!
Also play around with the amount of product you add to your hair, if it feels greasy or weighed down, use less product next time. If you still have dry patches and not enough hold, add more product or use a stronger hold gel. It’s really all experimentation until you find out what your hair likes.
Brush styling might feel awkward at first, just take your time, repeat sections if you need to, practice really does make perfect!
If you have high porosity hair (meaning it dries out quickly) spray your hair with water as you style new sections. You want your hair to be very wet before you add more product in, if not this can cause more frizz.

Recipe:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 stick of frozen butter
1 cup of milk
1 egg - optional
- Mix all dry ingredients together, grate in your frozen butter, and pour in your milk. Combine until your dough is shaggy 🥣
- Flour your surface and press the dough into itself and fold over - repeat about 8 times
- Pre-heat your over to 425 ♨️
- Cut out your biscuits, this recipe makes roughly 5-8 biscuits depending on how thick you want your dough
- Optional, brush the top with egg wash 🥚
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of your skillet and cover with parchment paper
- Bake for 15-18 minutes depending on your oven ⏲️
- Transfer to a cooling rack or enjoy while they’re hot!
