2025 felt like a storm, a letting go, a shift, things changed, many of us had to go through some intense times (including me)
According to the Chinese lunisolar calendar, we’re still in the Year of the Snake until February! A time of shedding old skins & releasing what no longer serves us.
2026, the Year of the Horse, brings a very different energy:
movement, focus, courage, forward direction.
Clarity matters. So be clear of what you want! 😉

New places, new people, goodbyes, homecomings, moments that felt big and others that were quiet lifechanging.
I learned that I don’t need to have everything figured out to keep going.
That resting is productive.
That following what feels true works better than forcing a plan.
Looking back, I feel grateful.
Not because it was easy but because it was real.
Not perfect.
But authentic.
Little side note: AUTHENTICITY was the word I chose at the end of 2024 for 2025.
And yes… it delivered. Honest, raw, real 😅
I haven’t chosen my word for 2026 yet.
I’ll do that tomorrow, by the fire 🦋🔥

At the end of a year, I usually love to reflect on the past months.
But this time it felt right to zoom out a little more and look back at my modeling journey of the last 16 years. 😊
It all started with a job for TUI.
I flew to the Canary Islands, had the time of my life… and someone took pictures of me while I was just enjoying.
I remember thinking: Wait… this is a job? 😍📸
I was hooked. And honestly, I wanted to do this forever.
Over the years, I worked in so many different areas, fashion, commercial, runway, sports, hair, beauty…
And all over the world: Athens, Milan, Paris, Cape Town, Tel Aviv, Germany and many places in between.
So many brands, so many teams, so many memories… I’ve honestly lost count by now 😅
You might notice a little gap though…
2020 & 2021 I didn’t do any modeling jobs.
And 2022 only one, because I happened to spend summer in Germany 😅
Those years, my focus shifted completely.
I poured my heart into my online yoga studio, gave online classes, held women’s circles from places with beautiful backgrounds like the ocean & the jungle, from Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala and more…
A very different chapter. And a very important one!
In 2023, I slowly started again.
Starting over. 💪🏼
With more clarity, more trust, and a very different relationship to myself and this industry.
Choosing just one picture per year was honestly not easy 🙈
But looking at them now, I don’t just see jobs, I see chapters of becoming.
Some of the pictures from this year aren’t even out yet, as many jobs will be published next year. So keep following to see what I did this year 😊

Last weekend I had the chance to teach again at big Model Workshop and it reminded me once more why I love this work so much.
Not only because I get to share everything I’ve learned over the last 17 years in the industry…
…but because I get to watch people open up, soften, grow and step into their confidence. Sometimes only within minutes! ✨
What most people didn’t see:
On the day of the workshop I was exhausted. Almost no sleep, tired & my energy was low.
But that’s exactly why I love the tools I teach:
Breathwork.
Shaking.
Embodiment.
Mindset reframing.
Nervous system calming.
It helped 😍
Within a few minutes, my energy shifted and I felt present, grounded and excited to guide the group.
During the workshop we…
🤍 reframed limiting beliefs
🤍 talked about the reality of modelling
🤍 practiced presence & breathwork to calm the mind
🤍 connected deeply as a group
🤍 did a short visualisation to bring dreams into reality
And honestly… seeing their faces afterwards, the confidence, the softness, the excitement 😍 That’s why I do this.

Finally back in Ibiza ☀️
Made my way alone from one island to another by ferry, which was an experience in itself 😅
So many sunsets, views and quiet moments on this beautiful island.
Got welcomed by the cats we know (and some new ones), reconnected with friends here (not all of them yet!),
tried to find an evening dress in an almost empty town 😅
Worked, played & enjoyed the island life.
The last weekend of the month I flew to germany for our big modelworkshop with 😍
Met some of my friends in Munich, got a trim & had my first Glühwein of the year at the Christmas market 🎄
A month of movement, reconnection, work, play and landing again — in different ways.

Every shoot asks for another facet of me.
Sometimes strong, sometimes playful and sometimes soft & sensual. ✨
In this shoot with I got to embody the version of me that feels both sensual and confident.
And honestly? Shooting by the ocean made it so much easier to step into that feeling. Something about the waves, the wind, the sand under my feet… it always brings me back into my body, feeling grounded, soft, fully present.

Yesterday I went straight from the hairdresser to my agency to get some new snaps.
Not the best outfit for that, but seriously, with 33 degrees, there is no way, to change into jeans 🙈
