Con tan solo 24 años, después de 8 años de noviazgo, decidí dar el SÍ a Iñigo para empezar el mayor proyecto de nuestras vidas: nuestra familia. Un año después, con 25, tuvimos la enorme suerte de recibir a Almudena. Y ahí nació una nueva Marieta: la que es madre, pero también hija, hermana, amiga, prima y compañera.
Sin ninguna duda, todo compensa al 100%, pero en muchas ocasiones me he sentido bastante incomprendida. Empezando por la búsqueda de embarazo, el malestar físico y emocional, la incertidumbre de si todo estaría bien, el miedo al parto, el postparto, la lactancia, el papel del hombre, hasta la relación con los amigos en esta nueva etapa y el rol de la familia.
Sin ser experta en la vida, de pronto me convertí en quién debía presentarle a esta pequeña, lo que significa vivir, disfrutar y amar. Pero muchas veces no sabía ni CÓMO hacerlo.
Por eso nace MATERtalks. Pequeñas reuniones entre amigas y mujeres donde compartiremos nuestra propia experiencia, sin dar lecciones de nada, tan solo para acompañarnos, pero sobre todo, para comprendernos.
