No make up, no filter, no lip filler and no fake lashes…
Hi guys, as some of you know, I did undergo surgery in October 2021, it was an endoscopic browlift and also second breast surgery. During one long narcosis, I had 2 surgeries, my “old” implants were removed because first ones were done under the muscle, after some time boobs moved in the wrong direction. Since I lift weights, chest muscles were pushing the implants towards my armpits and it didn’t look good anymore.
But this story is not about my second boobjob, it’s about things finally putting on the move. For me, it is a big step to share this personal & sensitive story on social media.
I am not able to write more details currently, the trial starts in October, but as you can see on the other pictures, the surgeon did fuck up the browlift, I have lifetime consequences.
I suffered depression for 2.5 years, it was up and down until I had panic attack during the visit at my hairdresser in August 2023, since then, my psychic state was just getting worse and worse even tho I had a therapist since January 2022. I ended up searching for a psychiatrist, started to take antidepressants in October 2023 cause I was not able to get up from my bed and go to the work, I had also suicidal thoughts very often…
First of all, I want to thank to my sister that has been there for me and helped me when I needed, in the second place, thanks goes also to my closest friend Caroline and to. I got out of the depression this May thanks to my new therapist, stopped taking pills and finally feel like myself.
I felt a need to share this story as a warning for all of the girls out there that plan to have a surgery, be very careful and patient when picking the right surgeron and clinic, never underestimate serious things like this. You have just one body for the rest of your life and it can have a huge influence on your future life. Don’t choose the doctor according to the amount of followers and especially not according to the feedback from instagram influencers.

💡Během léta často zapomínám zapnout ráno panel, jelikož je světlo ještě dříve, než obvykle vstávám do práce, většinou je jasno a já konstantně nestíhám…
🪫 Bohužel nemám dostatek času, abych se po ránu vystavila po adekvátní dobu přirozenému dennímu světlu a během dne jsem zavřená ve fitku pod umělým osvětlením…
🔋Vždy cítím obrovský boost energie a znatelně lepší náladu, jestli mi to pomáhá na pleť, těžko říct, faktorů tam je více, nicméně mi subjektivně přijde, že je lepší při pravidelném užívání, asi i díky snížení stresu, což je další z vedlejších benefitů, když se totiž ráno dokopu a nezapomenu na svůj rituál, věnuju zpravidla 15-20 minut svého času a v klidu si sednu, udělám si dechové cvičení a protáhnu se u světla.
používám i odpoledne místo kávy na nakopnutí, když mě čeká vaření a úklid, tu se snažím co nejvíce eliminovat po 15:00 z důvodu dlouhého poločasu rozpadu kofeinu.
