I remember looking at her in slow motion thinking: wow, this woman can do anything! Ten years later I can tell you yes… she can! A year later, I started supporting her developing her brand Urban Goddess and weaving her Red Tent Circles in Stockholm, we got in and out many projects, truly activating each other’s creativity. We have believed in one another from day one.
She has been one of the greatest pillars, anchors, supporters, and inspirations in my life, its impossible to list how she has held me through this time, so instead I’ll list what I admire the most about her: 🔥Her fire. A justice warrior, her passion takes her from writing a book, to being an entrepreneur, to fighting against the systematic evil forces. ✊If she believes in it she will say it, if she envisions it, she makes it happen!
🫀Her heart, she has the biggest mother nurturing energy, she pours her love to anyone. Devoted to helping others journey to heal and be. She is home.
🦉Her authenticity: she is unapologetic, real, courageous, and extremely funny! 🔮Her wisdom, she can be the biggest nerd and a living encyclopedia on whatever topic, but she always has a very intuitive and positive way of seeing life, subtle, not intrusive, she’s just sharp, the person with the right advice. Someone who always brings you back to your center! I could go on and on but the space is short... (I should also make another post with the photos I’ve been taken of her over the years!) But…

Had such a blast filming and editing this project for the launch of version 2.0 of their mindfulness app, together with my fantastic crew at. The one and only producing, the best co-directing with me and shooting stills up in Lofoten, and the amazing bringing all the presence in front of the camera.
I’ve worked on a lot of fun things at this fall, but this one’s been special. First because I truly believe in what stands for, and second because I got to be part of the whole process, from conceptualizing to filming to finalizing it.
