As we’re halfway through the year, I can’t help but reflect on how quickly time moves.
Looking back to January 2026, we gathered in one of the most potent portals of the year, setting intentions for what this chapter would become. It has been a year that has been both incredibly beautiful and deeply challenging—a year of growth, trust, and surrender.
If there’s one word that continues to guide me, it’s surrender. So much of this path asks us to release control and trust the unfolding. And I’ve found that when we continue choosing what feels true, aligned, and rooted in love, life has a way of flowing exactly where we need to go.
I love looking back at who we were six months ago and honoring who we are becoming today.
As we prepare for our Costa Rica Jungle Experience next week, and with the memories of our Guatemala 2026 journey still alive in my heart, I’m reminded that this project has become so much more than my work—it has become my life and my devotion.
Every retreat transforms me just as much as it transforms those who join. This path has never been about butterflies and unicorns. Healing in community asks us to meet the deepest parts of ourselves, to let what has been hidden rise to the surface, and to allow ourselves to be seen and witnessed with compassion.
And somehow, in the midst of all that courage, we also experience the most magical moments of joy, laughter, love, sisterhood, and authentic connection.
What an honor it is to keep walking this path together.

The last few days have been so hard as I’ve witnessed the suffering of my brothers and sisters in Venezuela after the devastating earthquakes. After coming back from HighVibe with so much inspiration to keep creating and expanding in my own gifts, my desire to share and create took a pause.
I’ve been trying to find the words and answers as to why these things happen, wondering about the fragility of life and how everything can change in seconds—your life, or the lives of the people we love.
Venezuela, my heart is with you. ❤️
This year I’ve been expanding so much in my offerings, doing things I never imagined I would be doing. But for those of us who are still here, we keep going. We keep growing and moving forward for the generations to come.
I cannot change what happened, but I can keep creating and expanding. There are really no words for the grief these people are experiencing, and I feel it in my bones.
As I come back to myself and reflect on how I want to continue expanding here, I simply ask: check on your brothers and sisters. Tell them you love them. Life is so fragile. 🤍

Teaching Authentic Relating twice this weekend was incredibly powerful. Watching so many people—especially first-timers—show up with open hearts, curiosity, and courage filled me up in the best way. My heart is so full. 🤍
I spent a lot of time dancing during the day, resting when my body asked for it, and fully disconnecting. I almost bought internet service on site, but instead chose to unplug completely—and it was exactly what I needed. 🌿
