Alhamdulillah, sekian lama mixer rusak, cuma bisa bikin cake-nya yg tinggal aduk doang beres 😄. Kemarin dibetulin Paksu, jadi deh bisa bikin Lemon Pound Cake super lembuut, harum, padat gak kopong, digarnish dengan sugar frosting, untuk teman minum teh 🍰🫖☕️💖

🍰Terigu 210gr
🍰Susu bubuk 35gr
🍰Baking powder 1sdt
🍰Butter 230gr
🍰Gula halus 160gr
🍰Telur 5 butir
🍰Vanilla pasta 1sdt
🍰Perasan Lemon 50ml+1sdm untuk frosting
🍰1sdm parutan kulit lemon.

Sugar Frosting
🍋Gula halus 100gr
🍋Perasan lemon 1sdm
🍋Susu cair 3sdm

Langkah Membuat:
1. Panaskan oven 200*C api atas bawah
2. Oles bundt pan D.23 dengan sisa butter+taburan terigu
3. Aduk rata terigu, susu bubuk & baking powder. Sisihkan.
4. Mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi gula & butter, hingga mengembang, ringan dan pucat.
5. Masukan pasta vanilla, telur, perasan lemon, lemon zest, dan terigu sambil diayak, masing-masing secara bertahap. Hingga soft peak.
6. Masukan adonan kedalam bundt pan, tap-tap loyang agar udara dalam adonan keluar. Turunkan suhu oven menjadi 180* & panggang selama 55” hingga matang (sesuaikan dengan oven masing2).
7. Angin-anginkan cake, keluarkan dari loyang saat sudah dingin.

Membuat Sugar Frosting:
Aduk rata semua bahan, koreksi rasa. Tuang diatas Lemon Cake yang sudah sepenuhnya dingin. Masukan kulkas agar frosting set. Potong2 & sajikan 🍋🍰.

Ohiya kenikmatan rasa kolak pisang, kuncinya ada di pemilihan pisang. Tips untuk Kolak Pisang: Pilih pisang kepok yang kulitnya kuning masih ada banyak semburat hijaunya. Bukan yang sudah kuning semua. Supaya teksturnya pas, saat kolak matang. Kuah bisa meresap ke pisang, tanpa membuat tekstur pisang kelembekan. Jangan pisang mentah yang warna kulitnya full hijau juga, supaya gak sepat dan keras. Pisang kepok kuning, bukan kepok biasa. Kulitnya tebal, daging buahnya padat.

🍌10 buah pisang kepok kuning, potong jadi 2/3 bagian.
🍌250gr gula aren.
🍌50gr krim santan (saya kemasan)
🍌2 lembar daun pandan, simpul.
🍌1/2 sdt garam.
🍌1.5 L air.
Larutkan gula pada air mendidih yang telah dimasukan daun pandan. Saat gula sudah larut dan tercium wangi pandan, masukan pisang. Hingga kuah meresap kedalam pisang, tandanya seluruh daging pisang transparan kecokelatan. Bubuhi garam. Aduk, koreksi rasa. Matikan api, masukan santan, aduk kembali. Sajikan Kolak 🍌yang legit, manis, gurih, dengan tekstur pisang yang pas dan aroma harum yang menebar keseluruh ruangan 🥰.

Saat bikin Pudding Dawet Vla Gula Aren kemarin, Paksu pulang kerja langsung nanya ‘Kamu masak apa, wangi banget’. Belum juga masuk rumah padahal, masih didepan pintu 😄. Memang yang bikin special dari Pudding Dawet ini, vla-nya. Pakai gula aren asli, yang saat disisir lembut, walaupun baru dikeluarkan dari kulkas. Gak dimasukan kulkas juga gak apa-apa padahal, gak disemutin juga soalnya. Wangi khas nira aren-nya itu lhoo..hmm, bikin gak nahan. Udah wangi, legit, enak, sehat pula! 1bungkus agar-agar clear plain
150gr krim santan kemasan
400ml air
1/4 sdt garam

1/2 batok gula aren, sisir (kira-kira 200gr, saya Gula Aren Asli, dari )
1 cup air
2 lembar daun pandan, simpul (optional, pakai gula arennya aja sudah harum dan legit banget)
1 1/2sdm maizena, larutkan dengan 4sdm air
Sejumput garam

Cara Membuat:
🌴membuat pudding:campur agar-agar, air dan garam. Masak sambil aduk-aduk hingga mendidih. Masukan santan, aduk rata, tuang dalam cetakan pudding yang telah diberi dawet. Diamkan hingga pudding terbentuk.
🌴Buat Vla gula aren: masak gula aren yang sudah disisir dengan air dan daun pandan hingga gula larut. Masukan larutan maizena & garam, aduk hingga mengental, koreksi rasa.
🌴 Sajikan nikmatnya perpaduan Pudding Dawet yang lembut juga gurih, dengan siraman Vla Gula Aren yang manis, legit, dan harum menggoda 🍮. Simpan dulu di kulkas dan sajikan untuk menu berbuka puasa, biar makin endeuss 💖.
