Par conte la fin d’année c’est le bon moment pour faire un bilan. Se poser et voir ce que l’on a accompli. Gratifier nos réussites, même les plus insignifiantes. Faire la liste de ce qui compte pour nous et voir si l’on a fait assez de choses durant ces 12 derniers mois pour atteindre nos objectifs, que ce soit une chose concrète comme un challenge sportif, une formation ou passer plus de moments en famille..
Je pense que quand on se fixe des objectifs c’est bien de les quantifier, par exemple se dire « cette année je prends un samedi par mois pour moi et rien que pour moi » ou « on part trois fois en vacances. » ça pose un cadre, ça donne un objectif clair et ça aide par conséquence à mettre en place un plan concret pour y parvenir.
