Noi siamo davvero la media delle cinque persone più vicine a noi: per osmosi possono elevarci o distruggerci… o… xxx… non voglio usare un’altra parola che renda meglio l’idea perché l’ho eliminata dal mio vocabolario!
Oggi mi trovo in uno dei momenti più limpidi della mia vita: accanto a me ho solo il meglio che potessi desiderare.
Mi sento in piena canalizzazione delle energie: sto attirando persone che risuonano esattamente sulla mia stessa frequenza… una frequenza oggi molto alta.
Come nella giungla sopravvive il più forte, nella vita raggiunge i massimi obiettivi chi unisce forza, determinazione e vulnerabilità per arrivare alla consapevolezza.
E si miei cari, la consapevolezza è la chiave:
ti permette di affrontare ogni ostacolo con successo, lucidità e soddisfazione.
Amo il continuo training della mia mente.
Amo circondarmi di persone che possano elevare le mie potenzialità, che vedono in me ciò che io stesso ho iniziato finalmente a vedere…
E grazie a loro, ora è tutto più chiaro.
Il mio focus attuale è continuare percorsi di crescita personale per ampliare le mie skills, acquisire nuovi strumenti e metterli a disposizione non solo del mio benessere ma di quello del maggior numero di persone possibile.
Dare, dare, dare… non stancatevi mai di dare.
Perché quando dai, la vita ti restituisce sempre in modi che non puoi nemmeno immaginare… lo sto capendo ogni giorno di più… e devo dire un immenso grazie!

Dopo aver partecipato a diversi nei miei amati US, in quanto amante dei, ero curioso di vivere l’esperienza in Italia… e poi a casa mia: #Torino
è stato diverso ma in senso interessante.
Meno spettacolare che oltre oceano nonostante la stupenda cornice del, forse, ma con un’intensità intima, quasi “artigianale”, capace di far emergere storie vere e spunti profondi.
Ottimo pradrone di casa … un piacere ascoltarlo accompagnare gli ospiti e presentarli.

My personal speech during the ceremony:
“Good afternoon to all of u,
Im Marco Fazzari.
Today, we are not just celebrating the end of an educational journey but the beginning of the hard work that will lead the most ambitious, willing and resilient among us to the birth of an important, innovative, and perhaps revolutionary project.
First and foremost, I would like to thank, and all the sponsors of this project for allowing me to participate in this training.
I have been an entrepreneur since my first year of university and have developed my perspective on business through the daily challenges typical of PMI, enriched by experiences around the world.
This course has allowed me to evaluate a new perspective, a new ecosystem that pulses and moves at lightning speed without wasting a minute… a second… the world of startups.
A world where innovation is a constant and change is the only certainty.
Thanks to the tools acquired here, I have enhanced my skills and have already applied them to innovate in my main business and to scale a new startup project.
I have realized that there are many different approaches from the various players in this ecosystem, but none is more right or wrong… each player contributes their own value and the real challenge is to match with what best aligns with your own strengths.
A good entrepreneur is always in continuous learning, ready to reinvent themselves and seize growth opportunities... this is the path I have always pursued to make a difference!
