Изучая информацию, делая практики с мастерами, я убедилась в том, что меня все больше водит кругами. Все больше погружалась в чужие жизни, не проживая свою, где моя жизнь была фоновой депрессией, у которой там внутри, не совсем все хорошо.
Мой вопрос стал таким: Как научиться доверять самой себе??? ( не людям, не учителям, не родителям, не инфоисточникам)
Нет в жизни каких-то значительных или не значительных вещей, событий—есть просто жизненное движение. Выбор мы делаем с помощью Ума. То есть, когда мы принимаем решение, как это происходит? Правильно, начинаем подбирать «точки зрения» из разных источников, анализируя каждую из них и выбираем для себя нужную, где будет казаться это событие поворотным. Но эти «точки зрения» они разве Ваши? Или начитаны где-то? Или посоветовали? Или видели на примере? Или в фильме? Или на тренинге? Или так воспитали? То есть, на нас действует вся изученная информация от других Умов, и наш Ум принимает решения исходя из знаний. Да, Ум нужен - для познаний, а не для полного контроля над Вашей жизнью. А многие - игрушка для Ума, а не его хозяева. Кто выбирает чего бояться, а чего нет??? Уж точно не наше внутреннее Я, а Ум, который для себя видит опасность. Есть персональные искажения, но в каком-то смысле у нас один Ум на всех, поэтому мы друг друга и понимаем. А Ума, в некотором смысле, и нет—это программа. Продукт деятельности нервной системы.
