It’s built in the early mornings. In the workouts you don’t feel like doing. In the reps that don’t get posted.
I’m far from perfect in my training, but I work on stability, control, and strength and I encourage ALL of my athletes to do the same.
Power isn’t just about swinging harder, It’s about having a body that can support speed, sequence, and consistency.
If you want a “stronger” swing, don’t search for quick fixes on the range and INSTEAD treat yourself like an athlete (because you are one 🤗).
