アシュタンガヨガは
どんな方でもはじめられるヨガです♩
決まったポースを繰り返し
呼吸と合わせて動いていくことで
窮屈だった体にスペースができていき、浅かった呼吸がだんだん深まっていく感覚を感じられます。
初心者の方ほどそれを感じやすくもあります。
このクラスは、
インドの伝統的な練習スタイルを説明も交えながら
一緒に練習していくクラス！
なので、体が硬くても大丈夫！
難しいポーズを取る必要はなく、
初心者の方はまず太陽礼拝から一緒にやっていきましょう！！
一人一人に寄り添いながら
丁寧に指導していきますので
ご安心ください😌

よく、初めてヨガをしてみる！
って方からヨガってどんな効果があるんですか？何を得られますか？
と焦ったように聞かれるけど、
私は結果を求めるのは
もうだいぶ前にやめました。
人生で”決断”を迫られるシーンはいくつかあります。
その時に正しい判断ができるように
何が起こったとしても常に冷静で
いられるように
ヨガの練習はあるんだと思う。
判断する基準は
”誰の人生を生きているか？”
が自分を犠牲にしない選び方。
こんな私も
インドなんて、絶対行かないと思ってた4年前。
へぇー！インドですか？すごいですね！って人ごとで喋ってたけど
まさか自分が行くなんて。
人生は何が起きるかわからない。
インドマイソールのSYCに挑戦したい！
と思えたんです。
今思えば2年ほど前から
インド行ってみたいんです
って人に言ってた自分がいる。
これが引き寄せなのかなぁ。
これは私の経験だけど、
もし今自分に自信がなくて
焦って何かを探そうとしている人がいたら
無理に好きなことややりたいことを見つけようとせずに、
立ち止まってじっくり考えてみてはどうかな。
小さなことでも
できることを増やして
コツコツ続けていくと
いつか必ず自信に繋がると
思う。
最初から自信なんて普通ないもの。
最初から何でもできる人は天才しかいない。
いきなりハンドスタンドはできないのと同じ。
時期がきたらきっと出会う。
その為に毎日アンテナを張っていよう！
自信ていうのは
後からついてくるギフト。
少しずつ頑張っていけることを増やして周りの人の力も借りながら、時には迷惑もかけながら(苦笑)
例え日々の変化が微々たるものでも
自分を信じて続けていたら、
すごく大きな自信になってた。そんなものです✨
夢もなかったけどやってみたいと
思うことが増えました。
だけど、
昔の私が人に言われまくったこと。
ヨガなんて意味あるの？
どうせすぐ辞めるだろう、
インドなんて行けるはずない と。
もちろん悔しかったけど
今その人は私にもう何も言わなくなった。
常に強くいる必要はないけど
誰かに何かを言われても
どうか惑わされないで。
自分のことを信じてあげられればきっと大丈夫！
ヨガを続けていた意味が
ここへきてわかったような気がしました。
インドは特別な場所。
SYCはもっと特別な場所だった
やっと自分の目で確かめることができました。
ここで過ごした2ヶ月が私の大きな自信になりました。
