Also other fellow milk mama’s out there, how did you balance an active lifestyle and milk production? Did/do you just try to nap and eat all you could/can, when you can? (Gelato comes in handy here I guess 🫡). I found that I can’t train that much, because my priority is Leo right now and this milk fuel is much more work on my body than I had ever expected 🙌🏼❤️ ps.
