I’m almost done with week 3 of esthetician school and I’m learning so much! Starting to understand how to address my current skin concerns and those of my clients. I have a much clearer vision of how to tailor my treatments and a new understand for the type of product launches to roll out next.
My day to day life is crazy with my schedule and two kids but my nervous system is feeling regulated living in south FL more than anywhere else I have ever lived. 🙏🏼🤍 I have my moments of feeling so overwhelmed but I am better able to manage these states living in an environment that has a calm, peaceful energy, surrounded by nature and the wonderful community of friends I have met here.
Also, not giving up on my nutrition and exercise routine has helped me loose 22 lb! Thanks to 🥰
Staying motivated with my lifestyle is not easy. I do find myself overworked, under slept, and overstimulated more than I like to admit. Exercise and being mindful about what I eat helps quell that. I just focus on maintaining the best I can and reminding myself that this is a lifestyle, and I do love the results!
