Recipe
β’ 12 Tbsp Nutella, frozen
β’ 225g butter
β’ 140g brown sugar
β’ 110g caster sugar
β’ 2 large eggs
β’ 410g plain flour
β’ 1 tsp cornstarch
β’ 1 tsp baking soda
β’ 1/2 tsp salt
β’ 200g milk choc chips
β’ 250g mini m&mβs

Directions
1. Beat the butter until fluffy. Add in all the sugars & beat for 2 mins. Add the eggs & beat until fluffy.
2. Add all the flours, cornflour, baking soda and salt.
Mix until just combined.
3. Fold in the choc chips & m&mβs.
4. Divide dough into 12 portions. Individually flatten each portion, add a frozen Nutella blob in the centre and completely cover it with cookie dough. Repeat will all dough and place 6 cookies on 2 lined baking trays
5. Bake one tray at a time in 180degrees C oven on the middle shelf for 9 minutes. Repeat with other tray. #happybaking #cookierecipes
