Die vier Tage in Dänemark, direkt nach Friedis Auszug, taten gut. Sie brachten mich dazu etwas Neues auszuprobieren. Der kurze Urlaub schaffte Platz für neue Gedanken, ich machte neue Erfahrungen und lies es zu meinen Gefühlen nachzugehen. Zurück im Alltag war es schwer. Einige Sachen von Frieda hatte ihre neue Familie übernommen und einige waren noch in unserem Zuhause. Also habe ich aufgeräumt und alles erstmal weggepackt, was ihr gehörte. Die Wohnung geputzt und alles gewaschen. Anschließend stürzte ich mich in jegliche Arbeit, um meine Gedanken abzulenken. Ich versuchte das Thema bestmöglich zu umgehen und auch meine Umwelt war rücksichtsvoll und fragte, wenn überhaupt nur sehr vorsichtig nach. Ich sag euch, so richtig gut fühlte sich das nicht an.
Diese Frage lässt sich leicht beantworten. Ich möchte, dass ihr aus meinen Fehlern lernen könnt. Ich habe sie gemacht, um sie mit euch zu teilen und euch meine Erkenntnisse daraus mitzugeben. Im besten Fall sind sie euch nützlich und regen euch zum Denken an. 💭
Drei Hunde zu haben, Frieda ein Zuhause zu geben, dass war mein großer Wunsch. Ein Großteil von dem was passiert ist habt ihr hier mitbekommen. Aber es gibt in diesem ganzen Prozess einiges, was ich erst jetzt verstanden habe und immer noch bereit bin zu verstehen.
Es war still hier. Doch wie gestern angekündigt wird sich das etwas ändern. Die nächste Zeit möchte ich euch mitnehmen. Mitnehmen auf die Reise die ich seit Friedas Auszug gegangen bin. Eine Reise die hauptsächlich in meinem Inneren stattfindet und die noch einen langen, täglichen Weg nehmen wird. Ab jetzt wird es hier also um mehr gehen, als um das Leben mit Hund. Vielmehr wird es darum gehen, wie unsere Gedanken und Handlungen zu unserem Alltag werden. Wie unser MindSet darüber bestimmt, wer wir sind und wer wir werden.
Was ich damals noch nicht wissen konnte ist, dass diese Entscheidung mein bisheriges Leben und meine Ansichten auf das Leben verändern würden.

Dieses Foto ist vor fast genau einem Jahr entstanden. Ich musste gerade daran denken, da ich ein Päckchen für Friedi und ihre neue Familie gepackt habe. Beim Schreiben der Karte liefen viele Tränen. Ich habe im letzten Jahr gelernt das zuzulassen und einfach zu fühlen. Diese ganzen Gefühle kommen in Wellen. Mal in Großen, mal in Kleinen und manchmal ist es auch ganz still. Aber gerade jetzt fühle ich unfassbar viel Schmerz und gleichzeitig unendlich viel Liebe. Ich fühle aber auch, die Trauer darüber, diesem Traum und einem Leben mit diesen drei Hunden nicht gerecht geworden zu sein. Ich fühle Enttäuschung und Scham dieses Leben nicht wie geplant und gewünscht leben zu können. Und gleichzeitig spüre ich Erleichterung, Freude und ganz viel Hoffnung darin ein Zuhause für Friedi gefunden zu haben. Ich spüre die wiedergefunden Leichtigkeit im Leben mit Maggie und Amy. Und ich lerne loszulassen. Schritt für Schritt.
In diesem Sinne auch ein danke an euch! Danke, dass ihr mich auf diesem Weg, auf ganz unterschiedliche Art und Weise, begleitet und unterstützt habt. 💕 Friedi kommt in ihrer neuen Familie gut an und alle gewöhnen sich immer mehr an den neuen, gemeinsamen Alltag. Und ich weiß, dass es irgendwann ein Wiedersehen geben wird.
