First run of the year so glad to be back running with my community!! It makes a difference when you have a community of people running/ walking alongside you!!! Honestly the best run club in Austin, not only do we run, we connect afterwards with basketball, dance and other activities! It’s a great time, highly suggest something outside the gym!!
If you want to run/walk more get you a community. It makes all the difference in how you show up!!
