This was such a special moment observing my student Magda and her horse Nando reunited in the saddle.
For the past 10 months, I have been working Nando myself purely from the ground. While Magda was waiting for her custom-made dream saddle, moving houses, and was away for a while — I used the time we had in the best possible way: to change Nando’s body, balance, relaxation, coordination, and the way he organizes himself from the inside out 🔥🔥🔥
And finally, all the pieces came together. The saddle arrived. Magda was back, and settled in her new place. Nando was ready. And I honestly couldn’t wait to see what she would feel when she sat on him again after all this time and how she would evaluate my work with him.
After the ride, she said something I will remember forever: She told me that she didn’t feel like she was trying her new saddle on her horse. She felt like she came to try a completely new horse.
And the custom-made Hermes saddle she has been waiting for all this time? She honestly forgot about it.
All she could speak about was her “new” horse: his new movement, his new attitude, his new way of going, of working.
And this is exactly the kind of transformation I work to deliver to every client and every student I work with and for.
Because the goal was never just to make Nando move a little better. The goal was to help him become a horse who could carry himself differently, balance differently, relax differently, and meet his rider from a completely new place in his body.
This is the level of progress OneHorseLife programs are designed to create 🔝🤩
Not “he looks better” in trot or canter… but a real transformation so deep that the owner sits on her own horse and thinks: wait… IS THIS MY HORSE???? 😱👀🥹
That is the work.
That is the system.
That is #OneHorseLife.
Comment TENDON-BASED MOVEMENT to join my training system that transforms horses so deep they become unrecognizable.

I am so happy to introduce you to the newest member of my family — my miniature bullterrier, Lola 💞
She is truly a dream come true and an absolute ball of love. This sweet puppy is my first dog in my adult life, and even though I grew up with dogs and we have a mini bull terrier in my family home, I’m already learning so many new things!!
I have to admit that during the first few days she was quite a challenge 🙈🐽 (there was a reason the breeder called her a little demon puppy 😅), but after just 1.5 weeks together I’m starting to see so much more of who she really is.
We’ve already been practicing some of the principles of the Optimal Performance Program for Dogs, and it has been incredible to watch her reveal her true personality — full of tenderness and love. Every day I see a more relaxation, a little more confidence, and more connection between us.
A huge thank you goes to Anna, who has been supporting me throughout this journey and helping me understand Lola better. Having her guidance and experience has made such a difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for all her advice and encouragement 💞
I can’t wait to share more of our adventures together, especially when it comes to OPP for Dogs. Seeing the impact it can have on dogs gives me exactly the same WOW feeling I had when I first discovered how it works with horses. Such a gem 💎✨
Welcome to the family, Lola 🐾💕

Today I had one of the most special moments with my horse Duro. I got inspired by my Facebook experts 🤓 saying that a halter is a gadget… so for the first time ever in my life, I tried working with a horse completely on liberty and WOOOW.
What an incredible feeling.
SO much fun.
Such connection.
A true body-to-body experience, sharing our bubble of relaxation together.
Even writing this makes my eyes teary.
Duro Dara is a true Optimal Performance Program master that I got 2 years ago from Anna at 💫
He is not only the horse straight from my dreams, but he also became my very first OPP teacher when I first came to OHL HQ to do my certification. 💞
A very special place in my heart is reserved only for him.
He already made so many of my dreams come true… and today he made another one come true: working with a horse on liberty.
Thank you so much Anna for the beautiful training you did with him and for the work you do with horses every single day. It’s such a gift.
And this is exactly why I believe the Optimal Performance Program is such a gift to the horse world.
Because it’s not only about movement or training.
It’s about creating a horse that WANTS to stay with you.
A horse that feels safe, expressive, connected and free at the same time.
I wish every horse owner could experience this feeling at least once in their life. 🩷
If you dream about this kind of freedom and connection with your horse, message me or comment “OPP dream” 💭

Why?
Because they block the horse’s movement, force the frame, and create compensations instead of healthy biomechanics.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is putting the horse into a frame and chasing movement through pressure and tension — hoping the horse will eventually become expressive.
But it never fully happens without the “hidden cost” of horses’ health and mental state.
I also never trained this through clicker training or positive reinforcement-based movement training.
Because I don’t want to teach my horse one conditioned “correct” answer.
I want to give him more possibilities, not less.
Conditioned movement is still conditioned movement.
And I don’t want movement to be performed.
I want it to be expressed.
I also never ask him for “more effort” or bigger movement.
What you see here happens because, through Conscious Relaxation training, the horse gradually opens more and more possibilities inside his body.
That expression becomes his own choice. Which is given thanks to the deepen relaxation.
And because of that, I know he truly enjoys it — even if the movement is not “perfect.”
So what DO I actually do?
I train my horse through the Optimal Performance Program, where the horse learns how to consciously relax.
And that relaxation gives the possibility access to tendon-based movement:
movement that supports health,
supports healing,
and follows healthy movement patterns instead of compensation.
That’s why this type of training builds horses that stay healthy, strong, and happy for many years.
One of my favorite parts is knowing that every session leaves both me and my horse simply feeling more relaxed and more happy than before.
That’s the kind of training I believe in. ✨

I’m honestly amazed by how much this mare has changed over the past year.
Cadeau came to me after having two foals and over two years without regular training — but thanks to the foundation she already had through the Optimal Performance Program and RTRT by Anna Marciniak, nothing was “lost.”
It never felt like starting from zero.
It felt like coming home.
We simply rebuilt the strength, the elasticity, the connection — and now she feels even more incredible than before.
She is the perfect reminder that mares after foals are not “just breeding mares.” With correct training based in Conscious Relaxation, like OPP, they can become strong, athletic, powerful, and feel more than great in their bodies again ✨
Every training with her feels effortless.
So much power, maturity, softness, and intelligence in one horse.
You can literally feel life and health radiating from her body.
I’m endlessly grateful for this mare to my family, and for Anna for creating such an extraordinary foundation and matching us 😍
if your horse already feels good, but deep down you know there is still more potential hidden inside the body and nervous system — this work changes everything.
Comment “GIFT” if you want to learn how conscious relaxation can completely transform your horse’s body and movement ✨

There will never be enough words to describe how much you mean to me and I just KNOW we were destined to find each other 🥹
The dream come true that carried me from baby jumping competitions all the way to national level… and somehow became not only my best friend, but also my guardian whenever I felt lost.
You are also the reason I started looking differently at horses and horse training — searching for better, kinder and deeper ways to make your life better.
Because of you, I became who I am today.
Because of you, I know where my heart belongs.
Because of you, I know I will never truly be alone.
And because of you, I can now help SO many horses and people around the world through the work that OneHorseLife allows me to do.
My dear Late Night, happy 26th birthday ❤️
And cheers to many more together ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

That standing next to your horse isn’t training.
That relaxation makes horses lazy.
That tendon-based movement “isn’t a thing.”
And I understand why people think that.
Before I discovered the work of OneHorseLife, I 100% would have thought the same.
Because most traditional training teaches us that progress must look like activity.
More riding. More pressure. More visible effort.
But through the Optimal Performance Program, I learned something very different.
Horses don’t unlock their true movement through more force.
They unlock it when the nervous system learns how to consciously relax, even inside movement.
When deep muscle tension drops and the body leaves survival mode, something remarkable happens:
Energy stops getting trapped in muscular effort.
Instead, it starts traveling through the horse’s elastic system — the tendons and ligaments designed to store and release energy.
This is what we call Tendon Based Movement.
And sometimes the first step toward that transformation looks surprisingly simple from the outside.
So yes — sometimes the training that looks like “nothing” is actually where everything begins.
That’s the work I learned through OneHorseLife, and it has completely changed the way I understand movement, performance, and the relationship between horse and human.
Comment “RELAX” if you want to start this transformative path with your horse. I’ll message you and tell you what are the first steps!
#OneHorseLife#HorseTraining#Horse#OptimalPerformanceProgram#ConsciousRelaxation
She accelerates, lifts the neck together with the withers, and pulls herself into the transition.
The result?
The front and hind become disconnected.
Energy stops traveling through the body.
Instead of rebounding through the elastic system, the movement becomes muscular and fragmented.
This is the opposite of tendon-based movement.
In the second clip — filmed just one day later — something completely different happens.
The energy flows through the whole body.
The transition into canter happens without pulling with the neck.
The hind legs connect with the front.
Energy travels through the long ligaments and elastic structures, creating a soft rebound from the ground.
This is what happens when movement is built from Conscious Relaxation, as we practice in the Optimal Performance Program and build it up in the From Walk to Piaffe 🏆
When deep muscle tension drops and the nervous system is able to self regulate, the horse can finally access its natural spring system.
And suddenly the movement becomes effortless, instead of created by effort.
These two videos are only one day apart.
Huge progress — and a beautiful reminder that real transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from unlocking the possibilities.
Thank you Anna Marciniak for training us so precisely and preparing both me and Cadeau de Dieu to understand movement on this level. 🥰

The horse performed.
The training “worked.”
But through the OneHorseLife lens, something else becomes visible:
many horses aren’t relaxed in movement —
they’re holding tension to survive it.
This isn’t about being “too sensitive.”
It’s about outdated training models no longer fitting modern equestrianism.
In OneHorseLife, relaxation is not the opposite of performance.
It’s the condition that makes real performance possible.
Comment ONE WORD that fits your situation with your horse.
— or write “off” if you can’t name it yet.

1. Tight neck and short steps as soon as they get tense:
When the digestive system tightens, the fascia and back follow. The body can’t move freely.
2. Stress around food: biting, rushing, stress-pooping:
A stomach that can’t relax keeps the whole horse in anxiety.
3. Tension already before you start riding:
This isn’t a “bad attitude” — it’s the body remembering pain and preparing for it.
4. Running away under saddle when things get harder:
When the stomach and pelvis tighten in front of a challenge, the only strategy left is to run from the feeling.
5. Explosive trot–canter transitions:
A blocked pelvis and tight intestines make smooth transitions almost impossible, so the body explodes instead!
Visceral pain is internal organ pain — the stomach, intestines, diaphragm and surrounding fascia.
It develops when these structures stay tight for a long time under stress.
Stress → contraction of the organs → restricted fascia → blocked back → blocked pelvis → movement becomes uncomfortable.
When the inside of the body is tight, the horse doesn’t feel “fresh” or “disobedient.”
They feel pressure deep inside the body, and they react to discomfort, not attitude. Some horses become lazy, some of them are spooky and some become agressive.
This is why you see rushing, spooking, tightness in transitions, explosive moments, or tense around food.
It’s not a training problem — it’s a body problem.
You can influence visceral pain — but not by riding more or correcting behavior.
Through the Optimal Performance Program we:
• release tension in the stomach and intestines,
• soften the fascia,
• unblock the pelvis,
• restore full breathing,
• and teach the horse how to consciously relax the inside of the body during difficulty.
This is why behavior changes.
This is why movement opens.
This is why the whole horse transforms.
If you want to understand where your horse’s tension really comes from
—instead of fighting the symptoms—
comment OPP and I’ll map it out for you step by step.
Thank you for the best training Nando feels super!
