I learned this the hard way (apparently it’s the only way I learn?)
I tried to train through poor sleep, rushed meals, dehydration. all while dealing with unexpected life stress and hospital visits. I told myself “just stay consistent.”
My body kept the score.
Here’s what actually matters if you want to stay healthy and get stronger:
• Sleep is training, please protect it • Fuel the work you expect your body to do • Hydrate before you feel thirsty • Stress is stress (your body doesn’t care where it comes from) • Recovery isn’t lazy, it’s strategic 🧠
