💛
I spent 51 hours being induced which ended in a C-section. I had severe postpartum preeclampsia and had to be treated and monitored closely. Thankfully I received great care at Pennsylvania Hospital. Zora spent the first 36 hours of her life in the NICU and is doing great now. After a week in the hospital, we are all home now and doing very well! We love our sweet little moon drop
Pregnancy has been a challenge for me physically, on top of my chronic pain. Still I am so thankful to be on this journey. I couldn’t do it without the support of my loving husband, Ben. We can’t wait to meet our girl.
As a note: before I got pregnant again, seeing this type of post used to devastate me. If you are someone who is struggling with fertility or miscarriage, please know you are not alone and you are loved ❤️
